What did we do?
I teamed up with simplehuman's marketing and graphics team to help redesign a mission. We focused on how our products make people feel - a huge change for an engineering, efficiency focused global brand. Simplehuman transitioned from a lens focused on mechanical specifications to end user benefits. Simplehuman knows its process to refine step pedals and mechanical pumps is second to none. We used that same process to refine the way simplehuman's products impact users emotionally.

I believe a picture is worth a thousand words, but a dance is worth a thousand pictures. We wanted to show how our products make peoples lives easier. I helped establish what we wanted to say through video, by operating like an internal consultancy across design, marketing and graphics.
