Every touch point should be a Zen filled, joyful experience. Carts should be supremely easy to steer. It should surprise you how great it rolls on sand, sidewalk and in between. It should be long lasting. The fold should be effortless, graceful, and quick. You should be able to point at any feature and think, "Was that delightful? Did it bring me a calm sense of Zen? It should wear in, not out. It should be sturdy. The designer should see through glasses that only see minimal, inexpensive solutions to our problems.
